Jon Quick

Chief Executive Officer

Jon has successfully built and exited a number of world-class tech companies. A former Bain consultant and venture capitalist, he is a member of Canada’s influential C100 tech network.

Yoav Zingher

President

Yoav is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He founded KiWiPower, a smart grid company sold to Engie. He also co-founded a private equity fund and developed $1.5B ultra deepwater oil rigs.

Timothy Hunter

Vice President of Finance

Tim leads our finance, investor relations and expansion. A former Boston Consulting Group strategist and Migway CFO (where he scaled revenue from $70M to $100M), he holds an MBA from Brown University.

Siobhan Duncan

Head of Software

Siobhan is a robotics engineer and former Edinburgh Centre for Robotics researcher. She was also lead developer at an EdTech robotics start-up and a senior consultant with PA Consulting.

Dan Domikaitis

VP of Engineering

Dan is a mechanical and systems engineer with experience spanning aerospace, hyperloop, motorsport and electric vehicles. He has held leadership roles at Virgin Hyperloop, Relativity Space, Honeybee Robotics and Honda Racing.

Cameron Sharpe

Director of Hardware Engineering

Cameron leads hardware product engineering at Launchpad, having launched complex products with international teams at audio manufacturer Linn Products, medical diagnostics company LumiraDx and EV charging leader Pod Point.

Yannis Georgas

Head of Manufacturing Language Model (MLM™)

Yannis leads the roll-out of our MLM™. His previous roles have included delivering agentic AI, LLM and digital twin solutions for global manufacturing and defense clients.
